| | | Where can i find Buttons!
Hello, this is a boringly domestic question but please could someone recommend/point me in the direction of a button shop in Zurich or generally somewhere with a wide selection of buttons. I have tried to search on google but generally drawing a blank.
Thanks a lot
Caroline

Manor in Basel has lots of buttons, so I guess the Zurich store will too.

Does anyone know if there is still a "Batchelor" button attacher?
A few years ago in the UK, there was a small machine which would "staple" a button to the fabric, including trousers - it avoids threading needles and cotton in general. My wardrobe is crying out for one of these - is there a German name for it (if one exists?)

There is a place behind the place that sells Loakes shoes in ZH, it is near the place with the coffee roaster in the window. It is specialised in buttons
confused?

Plenty of buttons at "KECK* off Rennweg. If you know the English bookshop at the beginning of Rennweg, you are almost there! The steep narrow road to the left when walking up Rennweg (Oetenbachgasse) will take you to Keck. It's one of the few remaining "Mercerie" shops in Zürich. I think they used to be called "Haberdashery" in England.

You must be talking about the Buttoneer. I have two at home...from my marketing days with an As Seen on TV company. They still sell it on Amazon.
