Can anyone recommend a cycle wheel builder in Switzerland? I’m looking for some Sunday best wheels for my road bike. If not a wheel builder, can anyone recommend a good bike shop in the Basel area (cross the boarder is OK). I don’t fancy the random duty and handling fees I seem to get whenever I import anything from the UK.

Check out this guy: "Maglia rosa" Reto Maissen Mittlere strasse 24 4056 Basel. Tel: 061-261-4355. I've been going to him for about 10 now and he does a good job with good prices and he speaks english very well. It's a small shop and he works alone. Plus he rides road and mountain.
