On behalf of a friend, thought to pose this question to expat/locals that could give some tried and true liquor store addresses. Said friend tried Googling but had little success, besides, it's mostly the best policy to ask people that live around the place, as they usually have the best inside knowledge. My friend would like to find a place that has quality stock to choose from, that giftwraps and also has a delivery service.

Of course it doesn't have to be only Zurich,,,, if there are competitive stores elsewhere, then she would be only too happy to learn of their whereabouts. I guess for sure there will be a thread somewhere in here that may give insight but still, as things change so often, it can be, that places no longer exist or no longer offer such services.

So I have allowed myself the liberty of asking anew on here, in the hope of getting the 'latest' on what's on offer these days.
