Mean nothing illegal. I lived in Budapest for a year, and I saw it, unfortunately I just don't know what it called in English. So basically where could I get to do lotto?

oh yes it is called Sportwetten. In Germany, they call ODDSET, I am wonder if they have the same kind in switzerland.

Chance if you have a ticket: astronomically small
Chance if you don't have a ticket: zero

As astronomically small is infinitely greater than zero the maths is really very simple
