Does anyone know if a current B permit holder (non-EU) leaves the country (after1 and half years of residence) indefinitely(deregisters from canton, Basel),but intends to come back in future, is his previous residency record make the new permit (possibly again with B permit with employment) approval any easier? Getting a new B permit approved for non-EU candidates are so difficult, hence the question.
