Additional question asked for student visa

Since I'd been admitted to a joint ETH/UNI ZH masters program I applied for a long term student visa. My application was transferred to Migrationsamt ZH as usual. They sent me a letter with a couple of additional questions/document requirements. I'm not sure I understand the first one which is

Any suggestions?
