This is my situation.My parents are divorced. My mother live in Switzerland 10 years, recently she got a C permit. I live in a non eu country, and i never been to Switzerland, i am 25 years old.Is it possible for me to get a b permit, and if it is, what is the procedure?

Children over 18 are not given B permits. You should easily get a tourist visa but your mother's residence and C permit status has no bearing on your ability to get a B permit.
