I'm a non-EU citizen, currently on my 3rd B renewal had finished 2 L's in the past.

I need your help to figure out if there is any change in my B while I went for my recent renewal.

In the recent WP approval I've received I've got a change in the WP description which used to be same always.

In 2010, when I went for renewal the WP description said as
Gemass awa-Verfugung vom 19.10.2010
Verlangerung um 12 Monate, Art, 83 Abs, 3 VZAE
Ein Stellenwechsel ist grundsätzlich nicht möglich

In 2011, when I went for renewal the WP description has changed to
Gemass awa-Verfugung vom 19.10.2011
Bewilligte Verlangerungsdauer von 12Mt, nach Art, 83 Abs, 3 VZAE. Total 60 Mt.ab Einreise

Now I've got 2 questions
1) As mentioned in the latest WP approva, will my B permit cannot be extended after my 60 months period, I will be finishing my 60 months by oct 2012. So there is no possibility of renewal?
2) Second is an anxeity one, the latest one didn't say "Ein Stellenwechsel ist grundsätzlich nicht möglich" which means "Job change is not possible", does that mean I can change job now?

What nationality are you ? Some Non-EU can get the C permit after 5 years....
