| Forum Veterans,
Need your help with a seemingly complex scenario! I am a non-EU National
I have been employed with a organization A and they have issued me a B-permit (B1). I appeared for an interview with a company B and accepted the offer. Later on we found that my permit B1 cannot be transferred.
The new company B applied for a new permit B2 and it arrived by post with few changes on the permit (No company name mentioned etc, it only has the additional word "unbefristet" meaning unlimited)
Both permits B1 & B2 bear the same ZEMIS number
I have heard lot of negatives about the company B since, and no longer wish to join them. I had a chat with the HR folks and they said they would need to cancel the B2 Permit.
Does this mean I loose my permit altogether? I am still employed with employer A and had couple of months before joining B
Help pleaaaaaassssssssssseeeeeeeeee! | |

Did you tell company B you refused the job?
Did employer A actually agree to you staying employed with them or do they think you are leaving?
It sounds like quite a complicated situation.
