Hi all,
I've been reading on this forum for a while and really enjoy it. Now it's the first time that I'm putting a question out to you.
My British husband and I are planning to move to Switzerland in the next couple of years. I'm Swiss but have been leaving in the UK for the past 6 years. 3 years ago we got married in the UK.
I find the information about the permits for my husband rather confusion. As I understand it, he would receive a permit B, but when I look at the application forms, he's being asked to submit proof of my employment for the past 6 months and lot of other things, which I could proof if I was already living in the Switzerland. But since I will be moving back as well and have no current employment records to fall back onto, what do I have to do?
Are there different permit application forms? Or do I need to move back first and my husband has to follow me once I'm employed etc.? I've been looking through various websites both of the EDA and the Swiss Embassy in the UK, but have not found any information on a case like ours.
Anyone out there had a similar experience? Thanks for your help, much appreciated!

Cheers
