Leaving Swiss, I have dual nationality EU/SA. Right to claim 1st Pillar...

Dear all,

Hope somebody can help me today. My scenario: Dual nationality South African/EU been working in Swiss for 17 months. (South African born and raised)

It is understood from other posts on this forum that if you leave Swiss under the current treaty between Swiss and EU countries you are not entitled for a 1st pillar (AVS/AI or AHV/IV) cash refund.

In November I will return to South Africa for good, am I entitled to claim my 1st pillar even though I hold an EU passport with a South African passport as main nationality?
