I am looking for a rough estimate of the time it takes to get B Permit from Bern Canton, would appreciate any information regarding the same?

to give a brief info - my employer applied for the permit around couple of months back.....and am still waiting for any response from the canton

I think for the permis B it depends on my things, as what kind of contract you have, if you are EU or not, how long have you been in Switzerland alredy, ...

It might be Switzerland, but you need to insist sometimes to make things move.
