Working with Dependent Visa?

Hello Everyone,

I'm UK citizen and my wife is non EU citizen. If I got a Work Permit B in Switzerland. Does she work as well with Dependent Visa? Actually She got Permanent Resident in UK.

Basically UK is possible but no idea for Switzerland.
