Restricting to obtain working visa in Zurich for non-EU citizens

Hi

Does anyone hear something about restricting to obtain working visa in Zurich for non-EU citizens with less than 8 year of experience? It possibly was announced yesterday (21 Jan 2015). I couldn't found any proof links in internet.
If you know something, please answer here or PM me.

Thanks!

Re: Restricting to obtain working visa in Zurich for non-EU citizens

Sounds crazy and pretty impossible frankly.

So long as an employer can prove to the Swiss authorities that they can't find a Swiss/EU national who can do the job a non-EU can be hired anywhere in Switzerland.

Having several years of experience has always been one of the criteria for non-EU's, but there's no set number. From the above link:

"Cadre, specialists and other qualified employees will be admitted. "Qualified employee" means, first and foremost, people with a degree from a university or institution of higher education as well as several years of professional experience. Depending on the profession or field of specialisation, other people with special training and several years of professional work experience may also be admitted."
