Dear Medea Fleecestealer thanks for replying. I got everything for Italy, ID card, temporary passport (3 years asylum passport), and permission to stay in all countries. My all means that I just got a status of asylum seeker, and I have a right or to go everywhere, I don't know what to do......
Do you have a university degree?

Tom

Thanks to all for replying. Maybe I choose the country (Italy), but in the past I was unable to change the country because they took my finger prints, so poorly I had have to stay in Italy. and my status is not in danger because I am free to go and to stay anywhere. Because Italian government gave me full papers.

Dear Tom thanks for replying, No I don't have any degree, I just studied some college, There is a one way to take admission in any university but it is all up to money and to have money in pocket need a job which I don't have, that is why I am anxious and circumstance like this.......
Dear Tom what do you think?? Is this little education can help or find a way??

Re: how to get a work permit (any kind)

You have no realistic chance of getting a residence/work permit in Switzerland without a degree as you are non-EU.

Why not try an English speaking country?

Tom

Re: how to get a work permit (any kind)

I tend to agree with greenmount, you're risking your asylum status in Italy by seeking work elsewhere. Maybe you're allowed to seek work in another EU country, I don't know, but it sounds doubtful to me. After all Italy granted you asylum and will expect you to live and work there as part of the conditions of granting you a residence permit.

You are not free to go and stay anywhere. Permission to travel/visit for up to 3 months is just that - travel or visit as a tourist, not live/work.

thanks dear for back reply. They told me that i can go anywhere and can work anywhere without restrictions of the Italian government. and there is no risk about my asylum status in Italy, I tried in Italy 13 months to fix and have a job but day by day the conditions were going worse and worse,,,,,, Yeah I found some good jobs, but there bosses and managers wanted to have sex with me, so I left those jobs, and 20 and 30 Euros is nothing for rent, eating, tex, bills transports bills, gas, electricity, council tex, and much more things....... so how the life was possible there,,,,,,,, yeah only it could be possible If I could have sex with those cheap Italians to have a good job and be myself as a PROSTITUTE,.

Re: how to get a work permit (any kind)

I'm sorry to say that again, but there is not much choice - you arrived in Italy first, not in Switzerland, you can't just switch countries as you please and you might risk losing your status altogether and be extradited from Italy. Again, you need to take this very seriously. Italy is somewhat notorious for not handling the whole asylum seeker situation all too well, and this is part of why so many head north to Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe. However, that does not change the fact that it's not your decision and you need to leave this country, go back to Italy and make it work there.

I'm still not sure I understand what papers you have or what exactly a temporary asylum passport is, but at any rate, you are not a citizen of the European Union (or Switzerland).

As a consequence, you have zero chances of finding (legal) work in Switzerland, for now and possibly ever, I'm afraid. I know this is harsh, but it's reality and there's no point sugarcoating anything. You don't bring the necessary qualifications to qualify for a work permit - even highly qualified and educated people with years and years of work experience struggle to get a work permit here and as Medea already said, no one will bother with the lenghty, bureaucratic process of applying for a permit for you, which will be declined anyway with pretty much a 100% guarantee.

Again, it's not that I (and anyone else here) do not feel for you, but this is all the advice you can get. Go back to Italy and give it another try, get it all sorted there and maybe something else will open up in the future - but for now, you won't make it in Switzerland legally, I'm sorry.

I would be extremely surprised if the Italian government could allow you to move wherever you like. At the very best - and I even doubt that - it would be within the European Union. But Switzerland is NOT part of the EU and whatever rules apply for the EU don't apply for Switzerland.

As for the rest - you have no money here at all and won't have any any time soon. Probably better to have a few euros than nothing at all. This is the most expensive country in the world, how do you expect to survive? We've all outlined the legal grounds for your situation, and they won't just go away...

If you don't like Italy then go back to Pakistan. Those are your choices. Either that or find a sugar daddy.

Surely if Italy has given you asylum… then they have to support you if you are out of work. Go back to Italy, go to the authorities, tell them your situation and let them help you. They could put you on income support, get you into education or help you find a job! You have no chance in Switzerland I'm afraid, that is for sure.

You can work as elderly caregiver, babysitter, etc. any time. Loooots of people are doing that. You can find work in Italy, although not the best payed neither the most rewarding type of work. I know Italians are not the kindest employers, but hey ho, you have to do something about your situation.

Plus what Island Monkey said. How comes you're not getting any support - money wise, education? It can't be that different from other countries...

Re: how to get a work permit (any kind)

Try contacting the following organisation in Italy:

http://www.serviziocentrale.it/file/...0-%20Italy.pdf

They may be able to help with integration, etc.

Understand that you cannot look for work in other EU countries as you will face the same hurdles of being a non-EU national as you face here in Switzerland.

https://www.eurojobs.com/blog/2012/0...kpermit-rules/

You must return to Italy or Pakistan.

Actually, not necessarily. I wouldn't be surprised if they got no money or only very little.

Doesn't the Dublin agreement require asylum seekers to stay in their first country of entry for at least 5 years?

Come to think of it - Hassan, who exactly has told you to leave Italy for Switzerland?

My brain stopped working i don't know what to do? If I go to Italy it will be nothing, if i stay in swiss without job then it is also no good, i really don't know what to do

Thanks Mr. Island Monkey, yeah there is nothing like that, who can help support or other stuff, yeah i went to the council that i don't have a job and i told them all situations they told me in italian language that italia ce niente it is means that italy don't have nothing, even italians are same like me because of all conditions

Unfortunately you do know what to do because you've been told several times now. You have no choice other than to return to Italy or Pakistan. If you really feel you cannot make a life for yourself in Italy, then I'm sure there's some assistance program which will help repatriate you back to Pakistan.

Other people may be moving to find jobs, but you unfortunately do not have that right. You are free to live and work anywhere in Italy, but that's all. The rest of the EU/EFTA area is closed to you job-wise.

Return to Italy and contact the organisation I gave a link to, to see if they can help.

Do not kid yourself, people who work illegally anywhere are guilty.

Maybe your girlfriend can solve it. Either marry her which would get you a dependent's permit allowing you to live/work here or she could apply for a concubine permit for you providing she's willing to be financially responsible for you for 5 years. Either way the Swiss authorities will want proof of a long standing, committed relationship that's been going on for some years and will ask very personal questions to find out. If you're same sex then the options are pretty much the same, but instead of marriage it would be a registered same sex partnership. You would still need to return to Italy as she needs to apply under family reunification (marriage) or for the concubine while you need to get a Type D visa, applied for in your home country which is Italy, to allow you to enter Switzerland long term legally.

But, be warned. If you marry/partnership and it goes down the pan in less than 3 years you'll likely lose the right to live/work here and also would probably have lost your status in Italy too. The same with the concubine permit; she may have to support you in Switzerland for 5 years, but after that there's a risk of no more permit in either country.

You seriously think this is what you should strive for? A life as an illegal immigrant somewhere with the constant fear of being discovered? You might think they're "not guilty" all you want - illegal is illegal, if you're discovered, you go - immediately. Not exactly a situation you should hope for, and this might well happen if you stay in Switzerland for an extended period of time.

As much as we understand your situation, claiming you "don't know what to do" is not correct anymore. We've told you what to do. These are the options you have. You choose to ignore them - that's your risk to take.

You can
a) go back to Italy
b) go back to Pakistan
c) marry your girlfriend and hope it'll work out

Note that you will be illegal in Switzerland after 3 months (probably already now as I still quite can't believe you are free to move, but anyway...) and option c) above might not be one. Illegal immigrants are generally not allowed to get married here. Even if you find a way around that, note that sham marriages are a very serious offense that, if discovered, leads to extradition (and not back to Italy). Authorities will certainly keep a very close eye on you and your girlfriend should you decide for route c).
