Frustrations

Am a kenyan citiznship maried to suisse nationality.
I got my visa with no documents requested,it was fast.I have an 8yr old child to which is history with the migrations.I applied for her visa when she was 7yrs can someone please assist me since am going crazy when the migration is asking for papers each an everytime what the next move cos today i submitted the last documents they wanted ....just curious what documents they will ask.

If you submitted the last documents they requested only today then I think it is fair that you wait for the reply, no?

It's ok to ventilate your frustrations but unfortunately you have to comply with local laws and regulations.

So you didn't even need to show your marriage certificate? Very lucky you.

Is your child also the child of your husband? If not, then the Swiss will want to investigate before making any decisions on whether she can join you or not. They will need to find out if the child's father is happy for you to move her away from him for a start, depending on what custody rights he may have.

These things take time so you'll just have to be patient.
