Working from Swiss Company from abroad

Hi All,
I am non-EU working in Zurich for a Swiss company (AG).
I work in a niche field with a limited number of specialists. As I am planing to come back to my home country at some point in the future, I thought baout offering to my employer to continue working for them but from my home country.

Is this possible from a Swiss Law perspective?
