Thinking about it is just about all you're going to be able to do. Non-EU nationals are last in the jobs queue here behind Swiss/EU nationals and employers have to prove they can't find the latter before they're permitted to hire the former.

If it doesn't, well as Castro says, this has been asked many, many times so simply enter "non eu work permit" and you'll get plenty of threads on the subject.
It's not impossible, just very difficult. The more specialised your skills/experience the better your chances. And of course speaking one of Switzerland's 4 languages will also help - I believe most IT jobs are based in Basel/Zurich areas then you should learn German.
