What shall I do (step-by-step ...as for a dummy) to move my residence to Canton Zurich ?

EU or non-EU; that makes a big difference

Indeed, your citizenship would make a big/huge difference...
EU citizen (excluding the 10 states that joined on May, 2004, Romania and Bulgaria): just find a place in the Canton of Zurich and move freely...
nonEU citizen (including the 2004 members, Romania and Bulgaria): you have to find a job first and your employer must apply for a combined Work/residence permit...given the fact you've already been granted such a permit I don't think it would be extremely hard to get a new one in a different canton...but still EU citizenship would help...

I am a non EU IN ALL TERMS....(including the 2004 members, Romania and Bulgaria)...
I already work in Canton SG but want to move to Zurich ( 50 minutes train), and I want to keep my job ( as a first case scenario)...

SO: Are you saying that all what I have to do is going to HR and ask for B-Permit issued by Zurich autorities ???...I mean I have been asking by Auslanderamt in SG,....nearly everybody...if only it appears to be right !!

Sorry, I thought you wanted to change jobs as well...in this case I don't really think it's going to be a problem but why don't you ask your HR dept directly? they might help in this matter...
