Ardneham has annoyed a few people around here

B Permit to one holding F

I wonder if anyone could give some points on a matter (as said by a Gemendine ) that F Permit holders who are Refugees are not given B
Permits. This person has a stay of 14 yrs and is now 74 yrs. of age with AHV Pension too.
