Hi,

I'm a non EU country citizen working in Switzerland for the last 1.5 years on a L Permit.

I am employed in an organization which recruits me to a Swiss company.

I've been told by fellow colleagues that on completion of 2 years, we do get B permits but they are non transferable i.e. I cannot shift from my current company to any other company here based on this permit.

Can anyone kindly tell me if such a permit exists ? As per my understanding, a B permit allows the holder to switch from one organization to another..

I tried searching for such information but was unable to find much.

Any help will be much appreciated.
