It appears that Swiss make a clear distinction between EU and non-Eu who got married in Eu before coming to Switzerland and EU and non-Eu who got married in Switzerland, as in my case. The latter case gives a more restrictive Permis B, as fas as I understand. For example, my Permis B restricts me to Canton de Geneve, and then I need to apply through M2 form when I find a job. | |

You are nearly correct. Those who get married after the fact have a more restrictive permit ie who are in Switzerland and then get married.
