Have dependent L permit, applied for L WP, can she travel on L dependent now?

Have dependent L permit, applied for L WP, can she travel on L dependent now?

My wife has a dependent L permit, she went back and her employer has applied for a L permit for her, but it has not yet stamped on her Passport.
Now the opportunity she was identified for is cancelled.

Can she still travel on the Dependent L permit? will it automatically get cancelled once a WP is applied or will it get cancelled when the Passport is sent for stamping?
