Looking for Really Good Accountants

I am a trader, and work from home. I also publish a newsletter and people can subscribe. I have many questions as to how to figure it all out. Who trades? Me? Or the company? All that kind of stuff. I just arrived here a short time ago, and need an accountant to help me out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

You do, I would have thought - but I don't really know, not my industry.

(What does a trader normally do?)

"Me" is synonymous with "company me" (so-called Einzelfirma) for all legal, tax and accounting purposes. That makes things simple. However, "me" is then also exposed to unlimited claims on the "company me".

This is normally straight forward, are you an employee of a corporate legal entity that provides the financing etc. and are the documents associated with the trading activities in the name of the company, if so then the company if responsible for the trading and you are just an employee. If not then you are the trader and are liable for all associated risks - which is not a good thing if you are publishing investment advice.
