English speaking "Notariat"?

Anyone knows an English speaking "Notariat" in the Thalwil / Horgen / Wadenswil area? I need a notarised signature and it would help a lot doing it with an English speaking person.

Re: English speaking "Notariat"?

I found one in Basel by just Googling......you'll find most have language skills, just ring them.

JFI although the Consulate are very helpful, they can't help.

I was charged just 40CHF which was cheaper than a a photocopy passport from the Consulate ??

Best Wishes.

http://www.notariat.zh.ch/

For a list of Notaries in canton Zürich. I've not had trouble finding someone who speaks English - just call and ask.

(Another FYI: If by any chance you need an US document notarized, sometimes a Swiss notary may not be accepted. If that is the case, the US consular agency in Zürich has a US notary, and will (by appointment and for a fee ) notarize a US document.
