Any lawyer?

I left Swiss in Oct. 2008.

While I was working in Swiss, Swiss Gov. took 10%(?) of money each month from my salary. I asked my social berator regarding this. He said, if I open the business or leave Swiss, this money will be returned to me. He continued it is usually returned within 6 months from the depart. I left Swiss in Oct. 2008. Now, it is July 2009. It is getting near to a year. I sent numerous emails to the government website. But not a single response. I am about to go to the Swiss Embassy regarding this matter.

The sum is more than 5,000 CHF.

Why they are not responding me anything at all? Is there any lawyer, anyone who know and takes care of it? Please, give me some help -

Thanks -

Are you (Emailing in German assuming that it is the German part of CH). Why don't you ask you socail Berator if he can take up the case on your behalf.

Re: Any lawyer?

Thanks for your sincere advice.
I did many times but I don't get any response from either x-social berator nor
Swiss government email.

So, I decided to visit the embassy. I have no choice but to.
Thanks for your time - with all respect ~
