I have recently accepted a teaching job in French-speaking part of Switzerland and was told that the process was going to be handled by the school but no other explanation.

Is there anyone preferably a maths or science teacher who had been already through this process?
I remember a previous post claiming it would be too difficult to get the WP for English teaching jobs in Switzerland, is it any better for other positions, such as maths or science?

The school will know in advance if you can get a permit or not. If they guarantee you a work permit, then you will get one.
