Right to stay in Switzerland

Hello everyone,
Well my situation is that I am a moroccan citizen, I lived in the UK but not holding any uk passport (temporary residence only). I am married to a swiss woman since august 2003 in Morocco! we entered switzerland in November 2003! we have a child now who is 3 years old...
we have lived a difficult situation since the last month and now we are planning divorce! my wife insist in divorcing but I am scared to accept and loose my dream job and my B permit as well as getting kicked out of the country...
Does anybody have an idea about how I should handle this case?
I have spoken to a lawyer who told me that there is no way I can get kicked out from the country especially coz I have a child and a good job and as per human rights and a swiss law, a child has to grow close and knowing both parents...
I am not really satisfied from this answer and I am thinking of refusing the divorce as I can profit from the 2 years seperation till I get my C permit next year!!!

Can any body advise me what I should do!
