Returning to ch with a humanitary visa?

Hy everyone,
I looked around the forum, and couldnt find a thread with this subject, so I started a new one. I was born in Switzerland, and lived there till the age of 5.Then my mother took me away in 1985, back to Croatia. My entire family, my father, brother and sister remained in ch till today. My parents separated in 1990s and I was unable to contact my family in Switzerland. I grew up all alone in Croatia. In the last couple of years I managed to renew my relations with them, went to ch a few times, and all those feelings that i had deep inside of me, about my birth country came back. I want to go back to Switzerland, where my whole family lives. I wrote letters to fremdenpolizei, and they said I was too old, I am 28 today. That I had the right to come back till I was 18. But when I wrote them my entire life story, they said I could apply for a return visa out of humanitary reasons, because of difficult life circumstances. I send them the papers and now I am waiting.
Does anyone know anything about this way of return, do they approve or deny this visas? I had C niederlassung, if they approve me to come back, what papers will I get?
Any information please....

tnx

Um, maybe no one on the forum has gone through this situation before?
I certainly wouldn't know what to tell you... I can only wish you good luck!

Wow this is a tough one and needs a crystal ball imo. Why not wait and see what happens, in the meantime why not plan other ways to return in case the above does not work.

With family already here, they could help you with trying to find employment and possibly accomodation.

Wish you the best of luck.

Re: Returning to ch with a humanitary visa?

There is no other option but this, I tried to get a job, but when they hear where I am from, they wont hire me. I only have high school, so I dont have any special qualifications, so they can hire me instead of an Eu-citizen.
I will wait and see, but I think its very unfair that they refuse me, I was born there, its my birth country , from which I was taken against my will.
