I have a few questions regarding marriage and getting a permit?

1.If I am from non-EU but I dont need visa to enter and be in Switzerland up to three month, can I get married to Swiss national in Switzerland without any visa?

2.When I get a permit regarding a marriage, I understand ti is B permit, do I have right to work with that visa

When you get a B Permit because of your spouse you are allowed to work in Switzerland.

If no-one here can answer this question, I suggest you contact the Swiss Embassy in your country of origin for advice. In my dealings with Swiss Embassy people, I have always found them to be helpful.

One more thing cross my mind.

Does anyone know when I get married do I have to change passport to new surname before I apply for permit.
