L permit changing to B permit; Changing jobs

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and I checked all the threads in the permit section, could not find something in a specific situation as mine.

I am a Non-EU and I have stayed for 2 years in Switzerland with an L permit. In a few months my L permit will be renewed as a B permit. Can I go ahead and change companies now (Now having L permit with a specific company attached) and can I ask the new company to sponsor for my B visa.
