Visitor Visa for non- EU invite letter

Just a quick question.

Is it possible for a EU citizen in Switzerland on a work/resident permit able to invite a non-EU citizen to visit Switzerland on a visitor visa?

Thanks in advance

Re: Visitor Visa for non- EU invite letter

The visit would be for 3 months to stay with relatives and sightsee but not to study or work. The finances and accommodation would be catered for.
By non- EU I mean from Tunisia.
I have read on another website that it is possible for EU citizen in Switzerland with a work/resident permit to invite a non-EU citizen to visit Switzerland on a visitor visa.
Just wanted it confirmed or not

regards

Invite her where? Switzerland? The UK?

As for the getting her down part, I can't help, but Salsa Lover will be along shortly...
