Of friends and associates I know I find that cat people are often control freaks and dog people more laid back
Cat owners do seem to be happier in their own company whilst dog owners seem to be more social.
And some really clever friends I have, do have cats... which is very interesting..............

All true for me. I have a cat and, while I like the company of dogs very much, I don't think I could ever "own" one.

And you don't even know me and my home for elderly and deranged cats.

What about people who have both? Geniusesses?

Just people without soul, they go to hell for sure.

Dogs see the "chief" in you, cats just the "Tin-Opener".

Well, I have yet to find an article on guinea pig or goldfish people.

I am a 100pct dog person. I think the dog/master relationship is one from mutual respect whereas a cat relationship is purely to take (on the cats side)
While we are at it. Women are like cats. When you pull them towards you they resist, when you push them away, they come closer.

  • that's not a logical statement. What does riding in the car have to do with getting on the bed?
  • My dogs get to be on the furniture however they want (which has caused me problems when dating cat lovers), but get very few rides in the car unless it's for a purpose.... like going to Fressnapf.

  • Those people are silly.

Now for some similarities:

• First of all, just owning a pet means you’re probably a woman. Doesn’t matter if it’s a dog or a cat, women are most often the primary care-giver.

  • Well. I couldn't let the other one have nobody to talk to. Plus being an only child really sucks.
