I dug a little furhter into ^^ that website and found one Pomeranian breeder: http://www.polar-wilderness.ch/
Their last litter was in April 2011. You should contact them for more information about their next planned litters if you are interested.
They are in Sankt Gallen and the website says they speak English. It looks quite reputable on the surface.
Even if they do not have any puppies planned this year, they may know of another breeder who has a litter already, or is planning one soon.

German is zero. We live in the French part speaking English and French. But thank you anyway - will have a look and will try to figure out what's there.

Victoria, are you a first time dog owner (as in have you had a dog registered in your name with ANIS here in Switzerland), and if so, have you already taken the SKN theory course, as mandated by the TschV? If not, that should be tops of your 'to do' list.
I ask because no reputable breeder will sell you a puppy until you have done so. And anyone willing to sell a puppy without the SKN theory course (if required), isn't a good breeder. (Good rescues will check this too.)
And, don't forget the practical course - you have 12 months after you buy your pup to take the course.
Good luck.
ETA:
The breed club will have a 'Zuchtwart' - sorry, I don't know the term in French - who keeps a list of all litters and matings within the club membership. This should be your first contact, the Zuchtwart will know who has puppies and who has a litter planned. Do be aware that most serious breeders have waiting lists, often a litter is fully reserved before the birth. Many breeders want to interview prospective buyers well before a litter is planned - so when you find a breeder who meets all your criteria contact him/her anyway to express interest.
(And just because it's my thing... have you considered rescue? )

We already owned 2 dogs so we are not first time owners. In any case, thank you for your advice!

But back on topic-ish: Would you be interested in a brindle 7 month old male, Victoria? There is one in need of a new home. As he is being advertised within the club, I'd assume he's pedigreed, etc. Click on Welpen und Zucht, then Platz gesucht - he's Nitsche.

We would not mind to rescue, but a younger one, eg. 2-3 years old, the orange pomeranian. We recently lost our dog, he was 13 years old (he died peacefully while he was sleeping), it was very hard for all of us. So, we would like to have a young one or a puppy.

Ohh, sorry, missed the point that Nitsche is 7 months, not 7 years old. We would like to have the orange one, my daughter really wants the breed like this.

Are you willing to look beyond Switzerland?
If so, here's the website for the VDH Spitz Club in Germany: http://www.deutsche-spitze.de/start_e.html
It looks like there is a breeder with an orange spitz pup from a January litter - as far as I can tell as yet unreserved. PLZ 74, so not too far away. Might be worth investigating.
Anyway, contact the club - they can give you advice. And as the front pages of the website are also available in English, I'd bet lack of German won't be a problem.

Well I just got a pomeranian which we brought over from the UK in January. The price was pretty reasonable for a puppy from a very reputable breeder and it was really really easy bringing him over.
We tried looking for one here but found that they were hard to find and if you found one, incredible expensive. So my advice is to look outside of Switzerland. If you haven't found one yet - good luck! They are such joys to hae

Meloncollie would you say the breed is suitable for an apartment? And how much exercise does the breed need per day? Thanks.

They will probably be happy with 2 short 20-30 mins walks a day, plus they like to play. You have to be careful in the summer so they don't overheat.
The difference between little dogs and big dogs is not so much the time of exercise, but the intensity, shall we say, of the exercise.
For example, you can throw a ball across the room for a small dog where as a big dog needs the ball thrown across the park.
And of course it depends very much on the dog. When I used to have two Chi's I would have to pick one up half way through a long walk because she didn't want to walk any more where as the other one would keep walking.

| | | Re: Where to buy a Pomeranian | Quote: | | | | | Meloncollie would you say the breed is suitable for an apartment? And how much exercise does the breed need per day? Thanks. | | | | | The question I would ask is: is this indivudual owner suitable for this particular pom?
The one pom I know well, a dog who came into rescue after her owner decided that handbag dogs were so last season , came in spinning, shadow chasing, and self-harming probably due to the way she had been treated treated: like a doll, not a dog.
In her new home (with a sensible owner who had solid rehab experience), the pom lives with a rottweiler, a dobe, and a GSD - and certainly keeps up with the big dogs on their long treks over hill and dale, swims like a fish, plays in mud puddles, runs like the wind for sheer joy - and generally has a whale of a time just being a dog. She enjoys training, especially clicker training - and having conquered the behavioral baggage she came in with, she is now working on her canine good citizen awards. Oh, and she rules the roost - the big dogs have learned their place.
Not a handbag dog any longer.
About the breed in general: The Spitz group are active dogs - they will need stimulation, both mental and physical - this must be taken into account.
I am loathe to make blanket judgements about dogs in appartments, as appartment life is the norm in Switzerland. If we only rehomed to folks in detached houses the PTS rate would be sky-high. Rather, it is important to assess the dog's individual needs, and determine how this particular family will meet all the dog's needs in light of their particular housing situation.
Creative solutions can be found for many housing situations if the family make the dog's needs a priority - now, and on-going. This takes time, absolute commitment, and often additional resources, including money. Additionally, one must consider neighborhood norms, and the particular neighborhood the family lives in.
(The flip side is my situation - I had the perfect dog-friendly house. I have the space, the land, the time, the commitment, the resources. My herd - I had five living here at one time - thrived in my home environment and were well like in the Quartier. And then the neighbors from hell moved in, and my 'canine paradise' is now no longer suitable for dogs.)
Bottom line: I find it best to make assessments on an individual basis.
