Joanna, just to be clear:

Are you looking for someone who can help with pet care, as in a pet sitter, or are you looking to rehome your chinchilla permanently?

Maybe speak to a local Vet and see what they suggest ? Chinchillas have a reputation for being quite difficult to look after...

Is it allowed in Switzerland to have just the one? Not sure. Did you get it here in Switzerland?

The only people I've known in Switzerland, I'm afraid, has been to sell the fur.

Re: I want to find someone can take care my chinchilla

If you need help in rehoming, one suggestion would be to contact a rescue dedicated to 'small furries' - chins, GPs, rabbits, etc. I don't personally know of any in your area (hopefully someone from the Romandie will chime in soon) but if you are stuck and can travel a bit, a well respected small furry rescue in the Zürich area is the Nagerstation:
http://www.nagerstation.ch

---

By the way, as Odile has asked - under Swiss animal protection law chinchillas are considered Kolonietiere, colonly or social animals, meaning that they may not be kept alone. An exception can be given for an individual who has proven that it cannot tolerate living with conspecifics, but in all other cases chinchillas are to be kept in pairs or colonies.

So - if you choose to rehome privately you need to give your chinchilla to someone who already has one or a group. For this reason it might be easiest to seek the help of a rescue, preferably one with experience rehoming chins.

More here:

Hope your chinchilla finds a good home.

(By the way, more information might help find a home - age, castrated or not, any special needs, etc. )

ETA:

Somewhat closer to you is the SPA Fribourg - they also take in Rongeurs:
http://www.spafribourg.ch

One of my dogs came from this rescue, the good folks there looked after him very well and put me through the ringer to prove that I was good enough to adopt him. Which is a good thing, they want to make sure that the animals in their care go to the right homes. Again, if not too far from you, consider asking if they could take your chin for rehoming.

Re: I want to find someone can take care my chinchilla

My chinchilla is a very beautiful girl, and her name is Lucky, her color is light grey, and shi is a active girl, she really need a quite space to have fun.I think it is better to find someone who have one already. She makes some noisy during the night, because she is nocturnal animal, but I hope you can accept, this is her nature,if you want, you must accept ,please never discard her,or let her homeless! I hope u can love her like me love her !
