Hello dear all,

I would like to ask if anyone could help us and take care of our cat up to 5 months (from October 2008 to February 2009, it can be one month, two month, etc., up to 5 months ). We had to move to the UK recently and could not take our cat with us due to the blood test waiting period. Our friend who was taking care of the cat in Switzerland is leaving and we don't know anyone who would agree to look after our cat. We are very afraid to put our cat in quarantine and would be really grateful if anyone could take her for a couple of months. She is a very nice, healthy, playful and clean cat. She was always indoors and never met other cats. Please, if you feel you could help us, please let me know.

I know the feeling. And 4 months is too much to pay at a cat kennel. They range from 10 to 20CHF a day. i would have taken care of the cat if she were a kitten and would go in and out like my 3 cats. I also have a large dog though and im not sure how they would get along. I would ask your friend who is taking care of the cat to try ask a neighbour. one cat is really not too much to take in. I really wish i could help more uff. Im sure this causes distress to you. I have been through all the blood test waiiting period myself.

I am a student living in a shared appartment with flatmate on the 3rd floor, if it is a big cat, i dont think i can handle it. so please kindly give me more informations.
