We use a kennel/cattery which is based in the countryside outside Tatroz, near Châtel St Denis. Myriam is really good with animals and speaks English too.

They are priced reasonably too. Our Bernese Mountain Dog is sometimes put in for day when we go skiing and it only costs us 18CHF.

when we come over initially we may have difficulty getting an appartment which accepts cats. Does the cattery at Chatel have space for cats to play, run about a bit?
We may take out very short term rental on somewhere till we get a place that takes cats. Kids won`t come without cats. Already uproar at leaving the bunnies behind!

yes, from what we have seen, Myriam looks after all the aminals in her care really well. She takes in Dogs, cats and small pets (Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, etc) too. Tom, our Bernese Mountain Dog always come back looking really happy.

I thought I'd have to post a message here because I'm sure I'll be able to help some of you guys.

I provide services for pets while people are unavailable (holidays, sick, working hard, disabled, etc.), or even if they want to take a break by having someone walking their dog in the evening for instance ;-)
