(The last is the guide dogs for the blind organization, but they also have connections to a 'socialhund' program, so worth investigating.)
Additionally, some nursing homes appreciate visits from friendly well trained dogs who are not official therapy dogs, so you might check out your local Altersheim or care facilities.
( I will be forever grateful to the wonderful dogs and their caring owners who regularly visited my father, an Alzheimer's patient. The dogs were the highlight of so many residents' day.)
