Does anyone know a good cat sitting agency. I have seen the following ones, but I would love to know any personal experiences as to which is best as my cat is very sensitive, since he was abandoned by his previous owners.

From my experience with bots cats abnd dogs, with a cat, it is better to keep him in his environment and have someone to come take care of him there. It might and probably will cause him anxiety if you change his place.

When I clicked on your second link, it says it has a THREAT and the AVG blocked it. I am not a pc expert. Just wanted all to be Careful.

Thanks for letting me know. Never bodes well that a link is unsafe especially when you are thing about having them look after your cat. I would definitely prefer someone to come to the house to look after him. So all recomendations welcome.

Do you need someone only when you go on holiday or every day? And where do you live? I might know some girls who do pet sitting. They are not from an agency but they love animals. I know them personally.

If anyone has suggestions for people who will come to your flat to feed kitties, I would love to know their name and credentials. We live in Thalwil and will need someone to come by a couple times the week between Christmas and New Years.

The only time I left my cat at a shelter, he somehow managed to mangle his paw. Supposedly got caught on barbed wire or something?

The cat needed surgery to repair the paw, and of course none of it is cheap. Very frustrating. I say go take a good look at the shelter before committing to anything.

My cat started shedding an abnormal amount of hair due to the stress it inflicted on him during the ten day stay. Never again! I will always find someone to come take a look at him next time I go away on a trip.

My husband and I love cats, we have 3 of our own. Depending on where
you live we may be able to take extra care of your baby.

We always take our two cats with us (across Europe when we go home for holidays) cos I just won´t leave them with strangers..
I love them to death, and travelling with them in the car during cca 12 hours journey is easier every time, they got used to it and sleep almost the entire time!
However, I guess I am a bit of a hypocrite because I would be willing to look after other peoples cats, knowing how much I would care about the job and responsibility.
So there must me someone else out there just like me.
