| | | New Family addition!!
So we went out today and came back with this:
This is Whiskey, our 3 month old baby. What heartless person could abandon that cutie outside a shelter??

Congratulations!
What a perfect little poppet - and I love the name.
(The cruelty and callous indifference people are capable of truly boggles the mind. )
But Whiskey is lucky to have found you - wishing you much happiness, and lots of fun-filled adventures together.

He looks great but judging by those legs and paws he looks like he wont be little for long.
Now I'm puppy broody. |

Congratulations to Dogma and Dogpa!
I'm feeling broody too like Oldhand. Guess I'll have to foster another one.
Miss having a puppy shuffling about in the flat and racing me to the bathroom.
P.S. Love Whiskey's colours - very Bernersennenhund!

First put it in with your dirty wash because it will only be of interest if it smells like you guys. You can also put it inside a shoe to pick up the scent of smelly feet. The "new" smell for some dogs is very unappealing.
Good on you for rescuing the little one. | | The following 6 users would like to thank Mrs. Doolittle for this useful post: | |

I assume you will be providing him with lots of slippers to chew - seriously, Whiskey needs chewy things in order to help his dentition. A good pet shop will assist you in that I am sure.

Good on you for rescuing the little one. | | | | | I never thought of that! I will do it immediately. He likes chewing at my shoes while im wearing them so in this way hopefully i wont need to go shoe shopping any time soon :P

Ah, I see. Thanks, Dogpa. The Berner one has longer fur (or at least from what I saw in 'Net images).
