[Now found!] Please help us find our grey/black tiger cat Salsa![Update: she's home!] - Page 2

Hey,
Kleintierklinik Oberstrass is the our Vet anyway. I left them a leaflet the other day. But will call them as well.
I really appreciate your kindness and help. As i am curently away my husband is taking long walks every night and he told me he put up more flyers ( i hope we wont get fined for that!). I will take over the shift from Saturday on. As the days pass, i feel more anxious..but anyway, i should be positive.

I am away now but will come backto Zurich on Saturday and from Sat on i will take over the Night Walks shift. Everyday i check my phone hoping that someone called...

We found our cat Salsa today! 8.5 days after and in so much snow!
Thanks everyone who helped us with useful tips and we especially appreciate you guys walking around the area trying to find her: ))

She was hiding in a basement of a building in the area!

A lady called me last nigth saying that she saw Salsa and took me to the building.
Because she is such a shy and timid cat, she didnt even make a sound when i called her name for 15 minutes. Then my husband arrived and decided to check the basement again. and there you go! we saw her! she didnt even come close to us at first... we had to sit down (-4 degrees!) and then eventually managed to grab her.

She lost so much weight and super scared but doesnt matter. She is with us now and she is alreday eating nonstop!: ))

I am so glad she was found and she seems fine.

Now if only we can have the same happy ending with my friend's parrot. I haven't given up hope and I too think she is hiding somewhere.....

She's probably been mating! Cos that's what female cats do! disappear for a few days and a couple of months later you have some mini kittens everywhere!

Will be interesting to hear how the story develops :-D

Sorry to kill your dreams but she neutered recently.. So no kittens for us!
