He is very vocal,purely because he is desperate to go out, and our apartment is not very sound proof.
Our neighbours just love to interfere, Sandy likes to go and sit in the garden but we have people call at our apartment and say he shouldnt be out,we are too close to the road, but he is not interested in getting near the road, he usually strolls around the rockeries and watches the world go by. I was sorely tempted to put a notice in the hall saying,he is allowed out, we are aware of the road issue but he is too stressed indoors!
