Mine is a slightly different layout to the above and is on the 3rd of 4 floors.

We have complained about our neighbours, twice in writing, they are noisy from 8 am to sometimes 11:30 pm, almost constant screaming and crying from their 3 young children. Another 2 neighbours have young children that are also sometimes noisy.

I cannot really recommend this apartment as pleasant anymore.
