I'm looking for an apartment in Lausanne or surroundings. I have two major requirements. One is I need a home office. I am happy to stick it in a reasonably sized living space rather than having a second bedroom. This actually would work out better for me as I will spend up to 11 hours a day there, but one way or another I need a space for a proper, working home office. I will pay a realistic rent, up to 2000CHF a month for the right place. The other requirement is parking.

I'm also willing to travel outside Lausanne into more rural areas if it's pretty, up to 30 miles; might be nice to have a decent view while I write the books! I need to get into EPFL twice a week or so.

I need to move by 1st April but can move on 1st March if the rent is closer to 1500. Please let me know if you're leaving or know of something that is coming up.
