Just an off the wall request we are looking for
a house, apartment to buy with 5 rooms or more with a garden
south facing if possible??? (we have 3 kids under 3)
In the Beaumont/Vingettaz/Bergtiny or Villars-sur-Glâne area.
Condition is not important it is the area and garden which are the deal breakers.
We have been using all the normal search sites listed in "Gooners" very helpful thread. Also I did a letter drop in the areas too.(in January brrr!)
But buy chance if any ones knows of someone selling something please let me know. Or the address of an empty one too! So I can find the owner.

There is (or was) a large property for sale on the Rte. des Dailles in VsG. South-facing, view of the préalpes etc. Not sure of the agent, or whether it is still available, but if we'd had the money....

it was out of our budget they want 1'200'000.00 and that is just tooo!!!! many zeros for us.
We can go up to 800'000.00 that's why it is taking so long for us to get something also my better half takes a few weeks to make a final decision we have lost 1 house in villars sur vert and 1 perfect apartment Route. de le Poudriére.
We are open to sharing a big house to if you know any oldies that need help (I am happy to help them with shopping, gardening, cleaning, cooking etc...) that want to sell a part / floor of there house please keep your ear to the ground for us we are only down the road on Route de Villars above "au Palais du Fromage" so we are nearly neighbours!!!

No, the one I have seen has a primrose yellow facade and looks relatively new (well, newer than the one above).

800k would get you a nic appt in VsG, but probably not a house, unless it needs a helluva lot of work.

so work is not important just structure, with one 3 year old and twins of 20 months we are not fussy we would love it if you could keep your eyes and ears open your a star thanks for the help
