Wanted: Flat in Thalwil or Zug for February/March/April 2012

Hi all,

Just curious to know if anybody might be moving out of their flat in either Thalwil or Zug as I am weighing up moving closer to work.

I am open to anything over 45 square meters, and do not want a ground floor flat.
Oh, and no flats in buildings with biweekly laundry rotations, please.

Other than that, I am open to anything that might be available. Thank you fellow EF users!
