We have a lovely apartment available in Zurich Kreis 3. It is newly renovated, we are the first one's to live in the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, Very nice kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. It is a 30 min walk to paradaplatz for anyone who misses the last tram at night and has to hoof it =)

It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and right around the corner is the bus stop. The tram stop is 2 blocks away as well. It is ideally situated for transportation. It is on the 1st floor so there are not a lot of steps to go up as well.

The rent is 2900chf and utilities are 190chf, so total rent per month is 3190chf. Our last visitors are leaving in June, so we would be more than happy to work out a plan to move out around July 1st. PM me if interested.

We are close to the corner of Kalkbreite and Aemtlerstrasse. Both the 33 and 32 buses stop there at the Zwinglihaus stops. Also You can catch the 9 and 14 tram 2 blocks away at Goldbrunnenplatz. You can also take the 32 bus 1 stop to the Kalkbreite tram stop and catch both the 2 and 3 trams as well. It takes 7 min to walk it if you would like some fresh air in the morning as well =)

Does the apartment accepts dogs? (we have a small house tained dog- 10kg)
