I am offering a furnished room for sublet from June 15 to August 1, 2012. The room is in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom WG near Schwamindingerplatz (Kreis 11; trams 7 and 9, bus 61, 62, 63, 79).

The flat is large and sunny, with a big living/dining area, kitchen (with dishwasher!), and balcony overlooking a garden area. The washer/dryer are in the cellar, with a relaxed schedule. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and very convenient to many locations. The center is 15-20 minutes by tram, and Oerlikon or Stettbach are 10 minutes away. There are 4 grocery stores within 5 minutes (Migros, Coop, Denner, etc.), and the forest is within 10 minutes, which is perfect for running, walking, cycling, etc..

The two flatmates are in their mid- to late- 20s, and are from the UK (female) and Germany (male). Both work at ETH and are active, outdoorsy people. English is the common language of the flat. We are quite independent and relaxed, but we also enjoy cooking together occasionally.

The rent is 775 CHF per month (or 1185 CHF for the whole time), including WiFi, electricity, and all other utilities.
