4.5 apartment with big terrace in Wädenswil, available NOW
My wife and I are moving out our beautiful, lovely apartment in Wädenswil before mid August [1].
The apartment is in the 1st floor of Florhofstrasse 17, Wädenswil - http://goo.gl/maps/mH12. It's 150m from the lake, and 7 minutes walking from the train station, with excellent connections - 23 minutes to the HB, 43 to the airport.
The apartment itself is 4.5 rooms [2], it has windows on both sides so it always has natural lighting, it has a huge terrace, and a shared garden. Covered parking spaces are available. The washing machines, tumbler and dryer are shared, but we never had any trouble finding a time. We're paying CHF 2200 for the apartment and CHF 150 for the garage.
The landlord will put an advertisment in Homegate next week, so if you're interested you have a head start
Finally, I don't have pictures right now, but here's a video! Some of the furniture can stay - the big wardrobe, for example, or the TV furniture (we're not allowed to hang stuff from the walls in our new place). I'll put a separate post with stuff for sale.

[1] So why are we leaving? My wife is working in Schaffhausen, which is a 2 hour commute from home
[2] 3 bedrooms, living/dining room, open kitchen, bathroom. The bathroom isn't visible in the video, but I swear there's one. It has a tub.
