I am taking a new job outside of Switzerland, so starting around May 5-7 a nice 2 room flat is available for rent at Langstrasse 193 (between Limmatplatz and the railroad).

This is not the red-light part of the Langstrasse, but the "positively multi-kulti" one. 5 min. walking from Migros on Limmatplatz, 10 min. walking from Zürich main station.

The apartment is great for one or two persons. Dachwohnung (under the roof, so plenty of breathing space).

Small bedroom, Living room & kitchen, Balcony. Wooden floors in rooms. (but no elevator).

Kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine in the bathroom (no quarrelling with the neighbours over the laundry queue).

Most important, starting around the mentioned dates it is really AVAILABLE, because it is an extraordinary cancellation of the leasing contract and I am paying the rent anyways. Doesn't mean you won't have to, but it means that they HAVE to lease it to you if you have the "minimum" - normal permit, and a job. So no "50 applicants per flat" which people often experience in Zürich.

Neighbours are not senior and are all OK.

The price is 1586 CHF per month including Nebenkosten (costs in addition to the rental fee).

I havent had the time to upload pictures or the appication from, will trz to do that asap.

The plan includes TWO apartments on the same floor. The apartments are mirror copies of each other. My apartment is on the RIGHT side of the PDF sheet.
